About Dr. Shifrin... Dr. Cynthia Shifrin has a B.A. in Art Education and a M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Since 1982, she has been working in the mental health field, passionately committed to the well-being and personal growth of others. For the last eight years, she has applied her humanistic and holistic approach to the depth psychotherapy she does in her Seattle-based private practice and is a Registered Counselor in the State of Washington, #RC00040662.
